FAQ

Question:  Can I use one of these stories in our church bulletin?

Answer:

Thanks for asking & checking first, but the answer is no and here’s why:

The stories here on the website have been told.  Your church has stories lurking within the minds, hearts, and history of its members that have not been told. Quit doing the easy thing and do the right thing instead - send some emails, make some phone calls, buy some coffee and talk to the people that come through your door.  Find their stories and tell them in your bulletin (and put them on your own church website).

Yes, it’s uncomfortable.  Doing some Google searches is way easier.  But if you do some searching in the Bible instead of the Internet you’ll find that in several places we’re called to make a record of our God-sightings so that future generations can learn about them.

Do that for the people in your church.
