God has that cleaning touch in His hands
When God cleans house
He gets every crumb; large and small,
Every stain; the unseen and the seen.
When He washes the walls He doesn’t leave one fingerprint,
Sometimes people touch us and leave prints that we don’t want on us but don’t know how to get it off,
God has that cleaning touch in His hands.
When He cleans the bathroom He makes the shower inviting,
He makes sure the drain works,
So that when we stand under the water the filth washes down the drain, never to be seen again.
When He wipes off the mirror He gets every little spot,
So when we look in the mirror we like what we see.
Sometimes people leave little spots on our lives and when we look in the mirror it is dirty and we are unsure of what we are looking at.
So when He asks to clean your house….invite Him in and let Him do His very best job.
PS: He also takes out the garbage on a daily basis, so that it doesn’t start to stink and so that we always have a place to put new garbage.
So don’t complain when He asks you to take it out.
